The first step is to check your documentation. The reference and serial number can be found on the documents, on the invoice and occasionally engraved on the item. Still not sure what your reference and serial number is? Include as many images as you can and our team will help you find it.

The amount of money your watch, jewelry or luxury item is worth depends on a few factors: condition, accessories (including box and documentation) and current secondary market retail value.

Once our team receives your shipment, we will work to provide you with an evaluation within 24/48 hours.

The value of your item depends on its condition, the accessories included and the current market.

You are welcome to decline any offer. If the item has already been shipped to us, we will return it to you and cover the cost of shipping and insurance. If the item is already in your possession, you do not need to do anything else once you reject our offer.

Sometimes there is room to negotiate depending on additional information provided about the item being exchanged or about the payment method chosen. Feel free to talk to your customer advisor to better understand the offer and find out if there is room to offer a better deal.

Once the item arrives and is inspected, we will send your payment within 72 hours.

Our company will send you a prepaid shipping label (Mrw/Dhl) and fully insured. You will only need to pack the product and take it to the nearest shipping point.

Shipping and delivery information
Reloj Suizo can ship to most addresses in Spain (excluding PO Boxes). Please contact us about international shipping.
Orders placed on relojsuizo.com before 12.00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed for delivery that day. Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Some exceptions include holidays and product availability.
Reloj Suizo offers two shipping options:

• Standard shipping: delivered in 2 business days
• Next day: delivered the next business day.
